In 1999, ICS Group was the foremost players to enter the organized car park management business in India. Intially the business was focused in Northern and Western region of India. In 2007, ICS partnered M/s Secure Parking, Australia (‘Auspark’), a leading car park management company based in Australia. This was to capitalise on the base ICS Group had formed in the industry, introduce first world technology and strengthen the operational expertise of the business. The Indian business was repositioned as Secure Parking Solutions (SPS). Today the company has pan- India presence.

Auspark, was established in 1979 and renamed as Secure Parking International later. With more than 15,00,000 parking bays, Secure Parking International is the largest car park operator in Australia, SE Asia, India and Middle East region. Secure Parking has forayed internationally and has successful operations with more than 900 car park projects across Indonesia, Malaysia, China, India, Singapore, UK, Philippines, New Zealand, UAE, Lebanon, Syria.

SPS in India is head quartered in Mumbai with office in Delhi. It has projects across India with particular strength in the north and west of India. It has now forayed in the eastern market with projects in Durgapur and Kolkatta and will enter the South Indian market before the end of this fiscal year. It employs more than 500 people and manages over 30,000 parking bays with INR 2.6 crores of parking revenue per month.

SPS provides end to end solution to clients needs. This would begin right from the conceptualisation/ design stage all the way to actual management of the car parks. The services include:-
